Due to conflict in schedule there will be no Butts & Guts class on 11/19 . Starting 11/25, the Butts & Guts class will be held on Monday/Thursday @ 5:45pm.
We will be closed on Thanksgiving Day 11/28.
There will be no 6am or 5:30pm Bootcamp class on 11/29 (Black Friday). There will be only one Bootcamp class at 9:30am on Black Friday.
